Abstract: The ability to create and/or sell goods and/or services in international marketplaces in direct competition with others is known as globalization. In a competitive setting, only the strongest will survive. Nearly every product in the world is subject to extensive international competition. International competitiveness has significantly expanded as a result of market globalization. Businesses that pursue a globalization plan must deal with the difficulties of managing their physical, technological, and human resources in international marketplaces. The increase in international rivalry can be attributed to the globalization of markets and industry.
